Welcome to SYYANA SQUAD, the service provider app powered by SYYANA. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data as you engage with customers and deliver services through our platform.

By using the App, you consent to the terms outlined here.

To onboard and connect you with job requests, we collect the following:

Personal and Professional Information:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

  • Profile Picture (optional)

  • Business/Service Details

  • Location Data (used for job-matching)

Automatically Collected Data:

  • Device information (model, OS, app version)

  • App usage data and crash logs

  • GPS Location (live or background, with permission)

  • Show your availability to nearby customers
