Welcome to SYYANA, an on-demand maintenance service platform designed to connect users with service providers in a fast, efficient, and seamless way. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SYYANA mobile application (“App”), operated by SYYANA (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Platform Nature

SYYANA is a neutral platform. We do not provide maintenance services directly. We connect customers (“Users”) with independent service providers (“SQUAD Members”).

We do not charge Users, nor are we responsible for the quality, timeliness, or completion of services provided.


2. Eligibility

This App is intended for users aged 4 years and above. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App.


3. Account Registration

To access services, you must:

  • Register an account with your name, email, and phone number.

  • Maintain accurate and updated profile information.

  • Accept full responsibility for activities under your account.

You may delete your account at any time via the profile settings.


4. Job Requests

You may browse and request services from nearby providers. You are allowed to:

  • Cancel a job request before it is accepted by a service provider, and if its accepted then you need to inform service provider to cancel.

  • Monitor job status in real time via the App.

Once a provider accepts your request, all further engagement is between you and the provider directly.


5. Payments & Refunds

SYYANA does not process payments or charge users for service access. As such:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • You may cancel requests at any time before acceptance.


6. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Impersonation or creating fake profiles

  • Posting false requests or spam

  • Attempting to contact providers outside the app to circumvent the platform


7. Data & Privacy

We collect and store your name, email, and phone number to manage your account and facilitate service matching.
Data is securely stored using Firebase technology.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party tools (e.g., Firebase) to manage backend operations. While we strive for high security, we are not liable for any breach or downtime originating from these services.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs in the App are the intellectual property of SYYANA. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without express written consent.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, especially in cases of:

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Fraudulent behavior

  • Violation of these Terms


11. Limitation of Liability

We act solely as a platform to connect users and service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or quality of service

  • Any injury or damages caused by the service providers

Use the app at your own discretion.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Kuwait.

Welcome to SYYANA SQUAD, the on-demand platform that connects independent service providers with customers in need of maintenance services. By registering or using this app, you (“Service Provider”, “You”, “Your”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms.


1. Platform Role & Disclaimer

SYYANA is a neutral digital platform. We:

  • Do not employ or contract service providers.

  • Do not guarantee jobs, income, or availability.

  • Do not mediate payments or provide customer support on your behalf.

We simply connect you with customers. You are independent and fully responsible for the services you provide.


2. Account Creation & Use

To use the app:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must complete the registration process accurately.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.

SYYANA reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Repeated poor service

  • Violations of this agreement


3. Location Sharing

To be visible to customers and receive jobs, you agree to:

  • Share your live location while active in the app

  • Allow background tracking during job status updates

You can disable location, but this may limit your visibility and access to jobs.


4. Job Requests & Communication

  • Customers can send job requests based on your location.

  • You may accept or decline any job at your discretion.

  • Once accepted, you agree to arrive on time and complete the service professionally.

  • All communication with customers should be respectful and clear.


5. Fees & Payments

  • SYYANA does not charge you to join or use the app.

  • We also do not collect or process payments on your behalf.

  • Any fee arrangement, invoicing, or payment is between you and the customer directly.


6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • You may cancel a job before acceptance without penalty.

  • Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or complaints may result in account suspension or removal.


7. Ratings & Reviews

  • Customers can rate your service and leave reviews.

  • You may respond respectfully to reviews.

  • SYYANA does not edit, remove, or interfere with honest feedback unless it violates our content policy.


8. Your Responsibilities

As a service provider, you are expected to:

  • Use your own tools and materials

  • Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, or legal approvals

  • Deliver services professionally, safely, and ethically

  • Not misrepresent your identity, skills, or availability


9. Updates to Terms

SYYANA may revise these terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.


10. Limitation of Liability

SYYANA shall not be liable for:

  • Any disputes or damages arising from services you provide

  • Lost income, missed jobs, or app downtime

  • Third-party claims made against you

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYYANA, its owners, and affiliates from any legal action resulting from your use of the app or your services.
